Returns, complaints and refunds

This English summary is provided for convenience. The French policy is the reference text. Under Article 11 of Ivorian Consumer Law 2016-412, consumers have ten working days from delivery in distance or off-premises sales to return a product for exchange or refund, without penalty except return costs.

Seafood is perishable and must not be sent through an ordinary parcel service. Contact MAD TRADING before moving or shipping a product so safe arrangements can be discussed. No prepaid return label or parcel drop-off point is provided. These practical instructions do not waive mandatory consumer rights.
